The American Council for Continuing Higher Education is committed to building an international network of agents, representative offices, and regional branches, with the goal of expanding the scope of its services and strengthening its global presence, delivering its educational and professional services according to unified standards that ensure quality and professionalism across countries worldwide.

The Council's agents and branches represent the official link between the Council and institutions and individuals in their respective countries, working to deliver the Council's services, strengthen academic partnerships, support accreditation programs, and organize scientific and training activities — fulfilling the Council's mission of spreading a culture of continuing education and institutional quality.

The responsibilities of agents and branches include:

• 🔹 Officially representing the Council within the scope of the authority granted to them.
• 🔹 Promoting the Council's services, programs, and initiatives.
• 🔹 Attracting universities, colleges, institutes, training centers, and institutions interested in cooperating with the Council.
• 🔹 Following up on membership, accreditation, and institutional service requests.
• 🔹 Organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs in coordination with the central administration.
• 🔹 Building strategic partnerships with educational and professional entities within the country.
• 🔹 Providing administrative and technical support to institutions, members, and trainees.

Agents and branch managers are selected according to precise professional criteria based on competence, experience, and commitment to institutional work ethics. Each agent or branch is granted official authorization that defines the scope of their powers and responsibilities, and is subject to periodic monitoring and evaluation by the Council's central administration.

The Council confirms that all agents and branches operate in accordance with the Council's internal regulations and bylaws, and are committed to applying the standards of quality, transparency, and integrity. No agent or branch is entitled to issue decisions, grant accreditations, memberships, certificates, or enter into agreements beyond the scope of the authority granted to them under the official authorization issued by the Council.

The Council continues to expand the establishment of representative offices and regional branches and the appointment of accredited agents in various countries worldwide, contributing to enhanced international cooperation, the exchange of expertise, and the delivery of the Council's services to institutions and individuals efficiently and professionally, while maintaining unified standards and institutional policies across the globe.

The American Council has more than 50 countries with an official branch and representation.
